Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy by giving store credits. You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund in terms of store credits or exchange(if approved by our team). No returns or refunds on basis of likes and dislikes. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

• Your order number.
• The item(s) you wish to return.
• Reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method ( in terms of store credits ).

• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in our account as a receipt of your store credits.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please follow the same steps as for returns by contacting us at ethnothreadsofficial@gmail.com.

4. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards.
  
• Clearance or sale items.
• Orders with customization or customized orders

Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ethnothreadsofficial@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will resolve the issue by offering a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on our preference.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs.10,000 , as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
